This class also teaches you everything you need to know about maintaining wellness during your pregnancy including: sleep regimens, exercise, meditation, massage therapy, self care, and more. I also offer the option of receiving meal plan ideas with recipes.

This class also teaches you everything you need to know about baby led weaning. We discuss signs of readiness, what foods are best, how to properly cut the foods, portion sizes, and more.
This class teaches you everything you need to know about maintaining self care and wellness during the postpartum period including: breastfeeding, healing after vaginal birth/cesarean birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, sleep regimens, hygiene, diet, exercise, body image, coping with stress, mental health, how to prevent postpartum anxiety, depression, and psychosis, the symptoms of postpartum anxiety, depression, and psychosis, how to treat postpartum anxiety, depression, and psychosis.
I offer childbirth education in a series of 6 classes. Classes are held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Monday and Thursday evenings of each month so that you can complete the entire course within 3 weeks time. Each class is about an hour in length and includes a powerpoint presentation, visual aids, hands on instruction, exercises, and printouts to take home.
